TCC Multi-Purpose Center Construction Project

In October 2009 the Tri-County Council for the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland (TCC) procured the old Filtronic/Comtek/Powerwave property on route 50 across from Wor-Wic Community College. TCC will be renovating this property to consolidate its current six locations including TCC's Administrative and Executive Office, all four Shore Transit locations and the One Stop Job Market.

This project will consist of 9 sub-project components each with its own RFP('s).
