Shore Transit Tenant Fit Out

The Tri-County Council for the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland (TCC) has procured the Powerwave site in Salisbury Maryland across from Wor-Wic Community College and is renovating it into office space for several multi-county services.  Shore Transit, a division of TCC, is renovating a section of the facility for its own purposes.  This RFP encompases the tenant fit-out for Shore Transit inside the facility.

NOTICE: TCC put this project out for re-bid on May 4, 2011.  Please see below for updated schedule, documents and drawings.

 

Notice: on June 1, 2011 TCC received concurrance from MTA to award the bid to R.D. Meredith.
