This sub-component of the overall project deals with the renovation of the existing facility. Core components of this sub-project include (but are not limited too): Demolition of significant portions of interior space; Addition of entry way on east-side of building; Roof Replacement; Envelope Repair; HVAC systems replacement; Office space construction; Extensive electrical and plumbing tasks. One area of the building, the 1st floor Shore Transit offices, will have the shell built to suite a 'tennant fit-out' that will occur on another sub-component of the overall project.

1/25/11 - NOTICE: Joseph M. Zimmer Inc. was the lowest bidder at the bid opening that took place on 1/25/11. TCC is awaiting formal reccomendation from Iott Architecture in order to proceed to the USDA for the final decision. The sign-in sheet along with the bid information can be found below under the documents.
3/22/11 - NOTICE: TCC has received concurrance from USDA to award the bid to the lowest bidder, Joseph M. Zimmer, Inc.
