On pg. 13, it talks about call routing, please elaborate.

Each auto attendant will need the following features:

1. Greeting to change based on time of day automatically.

2. Pre-recorded greetings to be stored for things such as holidays or inclement weather.

3. Ability of system operators/managers to change the greeting remotely either via dial-in to the phone system or via computer console remote.

TCC does not see a requirement for 'night mode' or automatic routing changes if the above criteria are met.  TCC's understanding of 'night mode' is that it makes a routing change which forwards one or more incoming groups from where they ring during the day to an alternate location/group of phones.
